The massive $433 million Bank of America Tower at Parkside is set to reach a significant construction milestone this week, marking a major step forward for the project that is reshaping Dallas' Uptown skyline. Developers announced that the tower's structural steel will top out, completing the vertical frame of the 27-story office building.
Located at the intersection of McKinney Avenue and Pearl Street, the tower is expected to become a new landmark for the Uptown neighborhood. The project, which broke ground in early 2023, is designed to offer 500,000 square feet of premium office space, with Bank of America anchoring the building as its primary tenant. The bank will occupy a substantial portion of the floors, reinforcing its long-term commitment to the Dallas market.
Architectural plans highlight a modern glass facade and a focus on outdoor terraces and green spaces, aiming to blend high-end corporate functionality with pedestrian-friendly urban design. The building is part of the larger Parkside development, which includes residential towers and retail components.
Completion is scheduled for late 2025. Once finished, the tower is expected to draw additional corporate tenants seeking Class A office space in one of the fastest-growing business districts in the region. The topping-out ceremony is a traditional construction event that signals the building is structurally complete, with interior work and facade installation continuing over the next year.
